Simply Borrowed is a marketplace platform and does not assume any liability for delays, losses, or damages incurred during shipping or return transit. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept that all shipping and delivery obligations rest with the garment owner and renter. Once the rental period concludes, the renter is responsible for returning the item using the provided return label.
