At Simply Borrowed, we facilitate a peer-to-peer clothing rental platform and do not offer returns or refunds on rentals unless expressly agreed upon between the renter and the lister. We strongly recommend that all listers provide accurate and detailed measurements for each item to help renters make informed sizing decisions. Renters are responsible for ensuring the correct fit before confirming a rental. 

Each rental includes a bond, which is paid upfront alongside the rental fee. This bond will be refunded to the renter once the garment is returned to the lister in the same condition it was received. Listers may specify whether items should be returned washed or left unwashed due to potential dry-cleaning requirements—please read each listing carefully before renting. 

Simply Borrowed is not liable for any lost, damaged, or unreturned items. In such cases, the bond will serve as compensation to the lister. We encourage all listers to thoughtfully determine appropriate rental pricing and bond amounts. By using our platform, both renters and listers acknowledge and accept these terms in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
